How we handle your details
Who we are
Bio Shield 2025 LLC (შპს „ბიო შილდი 2025“), identification code 405866745, Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact: shako@bioshieldcoating.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the pilot form: your name, company, the kind of business, your main fruit, email, phone, your message, and the boxes you tick (contact consent and, if you choose, interest in a letter of intent). If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep that conversation.
Why we use it
To contact you about the 2027 pilots and send the updates you asked for. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is stored
Form entries are received through our website host (Netlify) and kept in our own email and contact list. These providers process the data for us only.
How long we keep it
As long as we are in touch about pilots or updates. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or stop our messages, by writing to shako@bioshieldcoating.com.
Cookies
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only remembers which language you picked.
